Incorporated in Singapore in March 2019, CAS Holdings Pte Ltd provides consultancy to cryptocurrency exchange platforms and blockchain project development services.
With passion for blockchain technology and the enchantment of cryptocurrencies, CAS Holdings is helping exchances to rapidly establish presence in this industry. To strengthen our support functions, we are currently looking for a Senior Admin Manager to oversee the back office.
**About this role**
This is a newly created role which will oversee the full spectrum of back office functions, including HR and finance. You will be responsible for organising all of the administrative and back office activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office and resources and devising ways to streamline processes.
**About the job**
As senior manager, your main duties will be to oversee and lead HR and finance teams, including but not limited to:
- Manage the work and performances of the HR and finance teams
- Assist with bank transfers, preparation of invoices and receipts when required, monitor work done by finance teams and escalate any issues as soon as possible
- Oversee recruitment process, payroll and other HR matters
- Establish plans for the development of human resources in the company
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Tidy up paperwork, organising receipts and documentation
- Interpret for the CEO during meetings and preparation of meeting minutes
- Assist CEO in documentation during interviews
- Manage global legal affairs, arrange and oversee legal checks with lawyers
- Any other adhoc office & admin related tasks
**Minimum Requirements**
- At least 5 years experience in admin/HR/Finance. Experience as manager overseeing all functions preferred.
- Deep knowledge and interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain, personal experience with investing in cryptocurrencies
- Business level Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 and above) and English to communicate with Japan and Vietnam entity without need for translator
- Able to collaborate with others and work in a remote team environment and can handle various stakeholders.
