As a Partnerships Operations Intern, your role will be crucial in enhancing the operations of both Zenyum and our partner clinics. This role is fundamentally about ensuring operational excellence, focusing on monitoring performance metrics, maintaining compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and managing the treatment plan progression effectively.
Beyond the core operational tasks, the position provides opportunities to engage in strategic initiatives, including the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), automation enhancements, and operational strategy formulation. This role demands a blend of meticulous organization, strategic insight, and robust interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with our team and dental clinic partners.

**Your responsibilities will be plentiful**:
- ** Clinic and Internal Coordination**: Act as the principal point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, ensuring smooth communication across all channels. Bridge our partner clinics and internal departments, resolving any escalations promptly and efficiently.
- ** Operations and SLA Management**: Lead process improvements with our clinic partners and internal teams to consistently meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Regularly monitor SLA compliance, offering training and support to enhance performance. Work closely with sales, customer service, operations, and finance teams to ensure a superior client journey.
- ** Data Management**: Keep clinic and doctor data accurate, comprehensive, and readily available, with Salesforce serving as the primary repository. Coordinate doctor schedules to ensure seamless operations and keep all stakeholders informed.
- ** Finance**: Generate and send monthly invoices to partner clinics, maintaining a strict focus on data accuracy.
- Has a passion for healthcare innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Would be good to have a background in service delivery, preferably with experience in the dental or medical fields.
