Attend to personal matters for Director and family
- Reporting to director/s and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of director/s.
- Organising and planning meetings
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Run errands as requested
- Assist Director to manage household task
- Assist children to complete their homework
- Other ad hoc duties asssigned by the family
**Job Requirements**:
- At least bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised and meticulous
- Strong time management skills
- Committed to getting the tasks done
- Patience and caring person who willing to get along with children
Working Location: Novena
Working Hours: 1pm - 9pm (first 4 hour engage with company related tasks, next 4 hours engage with Director's personal task)
