- **Event Management**:Assist in planning and organizing professional and personal events.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders as needed.
- **Liaison and Communication**:Act as a point of contact between the principal and internal/external parties.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications.
- **Task Prioritization and Execution**:Anticipate the principal’s needs and proactively manage priorities.
Maintain a task list and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- **Experience**:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
