**Responsibilities**:
Process customer orders efficiently
Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, escalating to management as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Any ad-hoc administrative duties by supervisor
**Requirements**:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office
Relevant experiences will be advantage
