The Events Executive reports to the Senior Event Manager in Singapore. The team is collaborative in nature and provides support when needed. The Events Executive will collaborate with teams in ANZ, India and Korea to improve processes. Support and responsibilities will cover across the CIO, CSO, CMO, NWW and Channel brands.

The role will support across the delivery and promotion of virtual and in-person events with the opportunity to gain a strong understanding of the Event Director function.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to)**:

- Work with event management team around calendar management for ASEAN and with VP on APAC calendar management
- Supports marketing team where needed around campaign and data management
- Coordinates internal resources and as needed, third parties to ensure flawless execution of projects
- Work with Event Director to ensure that all events (within Singapore or other locations as directed) are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Provide events support, including but not limited to client management, operating virtual platforms, sourcing and booking of venues, understanding and developing budgets files, supporting online events, liaise with participants on registration, attending to enquires, maintain proper post event feedback and reports, and other ad hoc events duties
- Coordinate between internal stakeholders including Editorial, Marketing, Audience Development, and Sales

**Requirements**:

- Ability to manage and deliver both virtual and physical events
- Strong time management and multitasking skills, flexibility and professional confidence
- High competence in project and stakeholder management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to handle large volume of data
- Positive work attitude and willing to learn
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.
