**Job description**:

- Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs
- Lead and identify individual and organizational development needs that align with organization’s needs and objectives
- Plan and facilitate new hire orientation
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop programs to improve existing staff performance
- Prepare reports for management on training and program development matters
- Manage accurate records of training activities, including maintaining up to date training database, attendance, evaluation, and training materials.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback
- Administer SkillsFuture funding, claim and bond matters for courses
- Manage training systems and records and prepare for internal and external audits
- Coordinate legal matters with HQ and/or the legal division for company affairs
- Enhance employee engagement activities and wellbeing
- Perform any other duties or HR projects as assigned

**Job Requirement**
- Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource or Business Administratio
- At least 5 years of experience in learning and development or a related role
- Good in presentation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Familiar with OJT blueprint / WSQ framework
- Proficient in MS Office
