- Assist the Regional HR Manager to oversees the daily HR operations
- Lead Organization Culture Transformation by supporting global and local initiatives
- Drive operation efficiencies by leading process improvement and system enhancement projects
- Ensure Compliance and relevance to HR policies and procedure
- Spearhead all Training and Development programs for the ASP regions
- Support compensation and benefits programs, staff welfare initiatives, and employee relations and communications

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business disciplines
- More than 5 years of working experience in leading a Team
- Strong Project Management skills; 3 to 4 years of project implementation or business process analysis experience
- Excellence in Communication and Presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
