**Job Summary**

HR Business Partnering role and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which includes Recruitment and Onboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Staff Orientation, HR communications sessions, Offboarding and Training related matters. Works closely with the Management and Line Managers on all HR related matters and issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of assigned roles and positions.
- Prepare Salary proposals, conduct salarybenchmarking, salary reviews to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Conduct new employee orientation.
- Administer confirmation, promotion and re-deployment/ transfer of employees.
- Off boarding matters - employee cessation, conduct exit interviews and exit clearance.
- Work closely with BU/Line Managers on yearly Performance Appraisals and salary reviews matters.
- Review and implement HR policies, processes and initiatives, ensure compliance with current employment regulations.
- Plan, organise and manage employee engagement, wellness and welfare activities.
- Employee relations - Counselling, investigations, take appropriate disciplinary actions as required.
- HR Reporting - HC/HR data reporting/tracking, HR data analysis etc.
- Engage with Union on employee related matters.
- Lead and take part in HR improvement projects.
- Conduct training and communication sessions as required.
- Conduct Skip Levels meetings.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws. Support HR/ RBA/ ISO / EHS etc Audits.
- Handle ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as & when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline, preferably with HR specialization or a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity, preferably in manufacturing environment/industry.
- Mature and strong team player with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in English and Chinese language (spoken and written) so as to be able to communicate with mandarin speaking employees.
- Resourceful, positive, energetic with initiative and excellent motivational skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to work independently.
