WOA Flying Club is the leading Flying Club in Singapore and broader Asia. Being part of the WingsOverAsia group provides the club and its members a full, integrated set of aviation services and also flying experience. We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, self-driven individual(s) who can excel in addressing all aspects of member interactions independently to deliver the first-rate flying and membership experiences desired by our unmatched membership base.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimise overall membership experience at the Hangar66 Clubhouse across all its service offerings. Areas of focus include: offerings, access, utilisation, continuous improvement with specific KPIs Clearly understand all workflows, policies, and rules & regulations related to membership and ensure a premium membership experience at all in-person or virtual touchpoints Ensure all interactions are of consistent & high service levels and maintain WOA’s top-of-mind presence Work independently in addressing members’ enquiries, complaints and improvement initiatives based on members’ feedback Be an effective conduit for 2-way communication between WOA management and members Ensure data accuracy in all systems with members’ data and work cross-department with system owners to achieve data accuracy and data usability objectives. Use such data to elevate members’ experience during interactions Work closely with all departments (including F&B, Flight Concierge, etc) to ensure lounge and other related services are aligned with customers’ expectations Maintain and continuously improve the required standards for lounge assets and customer services. Monitor, replenish, and refresh supplies/assets on a timely basis Prepare briefings and reports on membership engagement for Membership Manager and WOA Management Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Membership Manager or WOA management
