Process Improvement Operations Warehouse Executive

Our client is a 3rd party full-service supplier of logistics and engineering solutions. Currently, our client is seeking for **Operations Executive **to assist in warehouse daily operations as well as supporting process improvement works/ projects.
**JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)**
- Assist in supervising warehouse/bagging operations, including deployment of operators and equipment & inventory management
- Manage daily operations, ad hoc requests and requirements from customers
- Fully support all process improvement works/projects - automation, digitalization & engineering/technical-operations related
- Handle all productivity/monthly/ad-hoc reporting, internally and externally
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health requirements
- Look for and work on continuous improvement of productivity
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering - Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
- About 5 years’ relevant experience in an industrial environment with exposure in logistics/warehousing management - inventory management, material reconciliation & process improvement.
- Strong in managing teams & optimisation skills
- Great problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator and IT savvy
- Possess a valid forklift license, preferred
