DepartmentOperations- LevelEntry Level- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) Management- Partner with internal stakeholders from warehouse operations team to identify business requirements and map out processes
- Centralize all product-related requests and put them into a well-written feature request form
- Review feature design and align with the corresponding product managers to realize the features
- Conduct user acceptance testing and identify opportunities for future enhancements
- Revise standard operating procedures and provide user training
- Work closely with warehouse operations team to plan and implement new feature go-live, monitor and drive the adoption
- Act as superuser for WMS and provide day-to-day support for systems issue

Operational Excellence- Identify gaps and pioneer new ways to optimise our processes
- Lead initiatives to implement continuous improvement projects
- Design report to monitor operational performance and enhance operational visibility
- Any adhoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- A recognized degree
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, project management, system design/architecture, API design would be highly desirable (internship is applicable)
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Access, VBA and SQL is a plus
- Basic knowledge in project management, lean management, Six Sigma
- Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with agility and change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactiveness in discovering new ways of getting things done.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work around information gaps
- Comfortable to work in a warehouse environment
