Warehouse Optimisation Project Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Optimisation Project Officer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • - Support planning, execution, and monitoring of the warehouse optimisation project in parallel with ERP implementation.
  • - Scope of warehouse optimisation project includes: improving layout (space, racks, bins etc.), streamlining operations (workflow, part placement etc.), and leveraging technology for productivity (QR scanner, label printer, graphical user interface(s), sensors, tools etc.).
  • - Track project progress, prepare reports, and update management on risks, issues, and milestones.
  • - Support change management by facilitating adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Requirements:
  • - Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations, transformation, or optimisation projects.
  • - Background (education or work experience) in engineering, supply chain, or a relevant technical domain preferred.
  • - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
  • - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
