Red Hat Sso L2/l3 Support Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
**L2 Responsibilities**:

- Monitor the health and performance of Red Hat SSO instances
- Provide second-line support for SSO issues, including login failures, user access, token issues
- Manage users, roles, and permissions through Keycloak/Red Hat SSO
- Handle service requests and incident tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

**L3 Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving authentication flows, federation, or custom configurations
- Work with DevOps to deploy, upgrade, and maintain SSO environments (on-prem/cloud)
- Create and maintain technical documentation for SSO systems
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with IAM policies and best practices
- Develop or manage custom extensions, policies, or identity mappers in Keycloak/Red Hat SSO

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 3-8 years of experience in IAM or SSO systems, including Red Hat SSO/Keycloak
- Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP
- Proficiency with Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
- Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and security protocols
- Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure
