**Main responsibilities**:

- 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration, with 3+ years working on Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x preferred).
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container runtimes, Operators, and Helm charts.
- Strong skills in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Ansible Automation Platform, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Expertise in OpenShift components: Service Mesh, OpenShift GitOps, Pipelines, Monitoring, Logging.
- Solid grasp of networking, DNS, storage classes (Ceph, NFS, etc.), and persistent volumes in OpenShift.
- Red Hat certifications preferred:

- **Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration**:

- **Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)**:

- Experience integrating OpenShift with enterprise authentication and authorization (LDAP, SSO, OAuth)

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- ands-on experience with OpenShift on public clouds (ARO, ROSA, EKS, GCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with security tools and compliance frameworks (CIS benchmarks, PCI-DSS, etc.).
- Previous consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, EFK/ELK).
