**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Job Description**:
- Assist project manager (PM) and project director (PD) in issuing quotations, Purchase Orders, Works Orders, Delivery Orders, etc.
- Assist in ensuring no outstanding issues, preparing project closure documents and handover.
- Coordinate and work closely with clients and other employees from Sales, Design, Technical and Production departments with regards to project execution and site installation, including progress tracking and reporting.
- Assist the Technical Director with equipment, materials and services sourcing and purchases.
- Maintain and update the CRM system, including database research and management reports management.
- Assist Sales & Marketing and Project departments with orders execution and tracking, preparation and compilation of sales and marketing collaterals, tender documentation and other progress reports as may be required.
- Maintain Project schedule to monitor progress and status for various stage.
- Maintain and submission for progressive claims and receivables.
- Work with appointed sub-contractors and relevant authorities and ensure proper coordination of our project deliveries in accordance with agreed schedules and deadlines.
- Work closely with Finance team in Purchase Order, Sales Tax Invoices, and request payment from clients.
- Perform other ad-hoc and general administrative duties as may be assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess a Degree or Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or Similar role.
- Competent with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
- Possess positive attitude, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines and minimum supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficient under pressure with careful attention to detail.
- Able to follow directions and guidelines given.
- Have initiative, self-motivated, organized and accountable.
