- We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our company.The people at Wilhelmsen don’t just hold jobs here. With one of the largest maritime networks in the world, we do work that makes an impact - if it floats, our products are probably on it.- Supplying marine consumables, products, and solutions to every conceivable vessel type, our Marine Products division includes the Unitor brand of products, Timm ropes, Unicool refrigerants, and Unitor and Nalfleet marine chemicals. Last year we made product deliveries to 27,500 vessels, at over 2,000 ports.The Product Marketing Manager reports to Business Manager, Cleaning Solutions.**Key responsibilities**:

- This is a global role, in which you will work together with the Business Manager to drive the product strategy, product positioning, and content associated with how we bring our diverse product portfolio to the market across our customer segments.
- You will be responsible for crafting stories and creating demand for our product, through effective messaging and marketing programs.
- Be the champion for the portfolio and professionally manage the offer throughout the product life cycle. Develop business proposal for new solutions utilizing the product management playbook.
- Collaborate extensively with sales, customers, our partners, and the wider team for developing clear, compelling marketing strategy, themes and competitive positioning for new offers and sales penetration of existing solutions.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and establish tactical or strategic measures for the offer to protect and build our market share.
- Prepare relevant training materials for sales and our customers, where required.
- Carry out business reviews with sales and sales support to optimize the solution potential.
- Monitor and analyze changes in Rules & Regulations affecting the offer and take appropriate action.

**Job Requirement**

**Required experience and skills**:

- Bachelor or master’s in marketing, business, or any similar discipline.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to connect with customers at different levels.
- Relevant working experience in international organisations, preferable with experience working in marketing or products management. Technical experience and understanding in relevant industries, marine experience will be an advantage.
- Able to combine both internal data/user data/results/customer insights into actionable and profitable results.
