Job Description:

- software testing experience throughout all phases of a software testing cycle in Cards and Payments industry (Issuing).
- Has in-depth knowledge of merchant boarding, authorizations flow, clearing and settlement and funding.
- Test cases design and execution and defect tracking in JIRA, Confluence, Bit Bucket.
- Proven Record in Testing Process (Requirements, Test analysis, Test Plan, Test Cases & Scenarios, Test Execution, and Defects) for the transactions management system.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams during testing phases of the project.
- Quality focused with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
- Hands on experience in agile implementations, understanding of certification testing, SIT and UAT.
- In depth knowledge in ISO8583 specification. Payment Industry knowledge - Issuing (Prepaid, Credit, Debit).
- Hands on experience on Merchant Onboarding and Card management/issuing process.
- Good understanding in Interchange management; Disputes management; Statements and Collection process for the issuer.
- Hands on experience on Loyalty management and Rewards points program.
- Hands on experience on Fraud management system and Fractals. Understanding of Maker/Checker workflow.
