**Reporting to the Head, Business Development and you will work with Business Executives to fulfil the following job responsibilities**:
**Sales and Marketing Activities**
- Coordinate, implement and support the promotion and marketing (through marketing collaterals) of the Centre’s training courses, programmes, seminars and workshops
- Prepare periodic sales, marketing, financial reports and any other reports as may be required
- Update clients’ records, including computer-based central database, and attend to sales enquiries
- Assist in the planning and preparation of RELC International Conferences, exhibitions, road-shows, meetings, and official functions, including physical arrangements, at the Centre or overseas

**Operations and Administration**
- Provide general administrative support including attending to correspondences & queries pertaining to courses and monitoring class attendance
- Work with Head for new business proposals for courses, training programmes, seminars and workshops
- Lead the development of proposals and sales collateral based on evaluation of business opportunities
- Work out pricing framework according to market trends and emerging market segments
- Collate and monitor the satisfaction and outcomes of business transaction from the clients and vendors

**Key Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Business / Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 3-4 years in a Business Development/Sales/Operations role, preferably in the education & training sector
- Detailed, meticulous and able to multitask
- Sales driven and result oriented
- Customer centric
- Good project management and presentation skills

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
