More than 5 years of professional experience with railway operations. Has a good understanding in the international bidding process of railway projects. Possess deep knowledge and wide experiences in consolidated headquarters and branch offices reporting. More than 5 years of experiences in administration. Possess Japanese ability equivalent to Level 1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPTN1) as you will be required to work closely with the Headquarters’ railway business, finance and legal teams. Must possess analytical skills to work in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to those with experience in branch budgeting. Preference will be given to those with experiences in railway human resource development and training knowledge.
