职责 Responsibilities
- 管理诊所日常运作
- Manage the daily operations of the clinic
- 人力资源管理,以确保诊所运作顺畅
- Handle Human Resource Management to ensure smooth clinic operations
- 医药库存管理及医疗用品和药物每月采购
- Manage medical inventory and conduct monthly procurement of supplies and medications
- 审阅病历以确保高水平的病人护理
- Review medical records to ensure high standards of patient care
- 摘录和进行数据分析编制报告
- Extract and analyze data to prepare reports
- 诊所设備管理与更新提升
- Oversee clinic equipment management and upgrades
- 诊所宣传,安排中医讲座及中医保健文章
- At the end of the day keep stocks and clean the counter
- 处理病人反馈
- Handle patient feedback
- 监管诊所现金流动、预测、资金及财务预算
- Monitor clinic cash flow, forecasting, funding, and financial budgeting
- 常年内外审计与诊所的运作方针与程序
- Conduct annual internal and external audits and review clinic policies and procedures
- 居士林中医诊所管理委员会议事项讨论与报告
- Discuss and report on matters from the Management Committee of the Chinese Physician Free Clinic
- 福利基金会议事项讨论与报告
- Attend SBLWF meeting and report TCM progress
- 执行管理层分配的所有其他职责
- Perform all other duties assigned by the management

入职要求 Entry Requirements
- 必须是新加坡中医管理委员会（TCMPB）注册的中医师
- Registered Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board of Singapore (TCMPB)
- 拥有中医学学位
- Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine
- 至少拥有 5 至 10 年中医诊所管理经验
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of TCM clinic management experience
- 必须能够在周六工作
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
