The customer service executive is responsible to support and assist the laboratory in the various areas of customer service and coordination with related parties.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide support with coordination and administrative duties associated with the testing or project service.
- Deal with all instructions, queries and service requests promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames.
- To ensure billing operation smoothly and helping in resolving any billing discrepancy.
- Provision support of logistics and responding to any customer or client’s query.
- Any other duties as assigned by Lab Manager.

**Desired Skills and Competencies**:

- Minimum diploma or higher or equivalent qualification.
- Strong team player with positive work attitude, analytical minded, result-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills are key requirements.
- Prior job experience in a similar setting and familiarity with terminology used in the laboratory would be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure.
