We are hiring a Client Services role responsible for delivering client transactional support functions for the FX Prime Brokerage business.
- Liaising with multiple internal working groups to monitor, escalate and resolve issues for smooth operations for clients' trades, funding and withdrawals.
- Work closely with the Front Office and obtain all necessary supporting evidence to fulfil KYC due diligence
- Support daily production of Middle Office operations from trade capture, trade matching, settlement, rebates payment to meet with SLAs
- Manage issues through investigating and resolving quickly
- Operations representation for Sales and Trading, primary point of contact of local business teams
- To manage accounts payable (bill payments, clients' withdrawals etc) and receivable through bank transfers / payment channels etc in a timely manner

**Requirements / Qualifications**:

- Degree / diploma in finance related fields
- Product knowledge of FX, Listed Derivatives, OTC Foreign Exchange is an added advantage
- Hard working, quick learner and a flexible team player
- Able to work at flexible hour who can multi task in a fast paced environment and with a high level of client service and problem solving skills
