**What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for a resourceful General Manager to bring exponential growth to our APAC region. APAC is strategic to dLocal, we are already present in Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and others; and our plans is to expand it to a sizeable portion of our business globally over the next 3 years. The General Manager will be responsible to unlock this growth and requires both tactical and strategic capabilities, as we expect they will create and mainly implement the strategy to enable growth in APAC. They need to be versed in both sales and operations as they own the P&L of the region and need to set it up for success.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Own APAC P&L
- Bring global merchants to new countries in the region expanding our business with them
- Prospect local merchants to deepen our presence in APAC
- Build the operations to ensure we continue to grow both to new countries and in the current ones
- Liaise with Sales and Operations team to ensure the successful deployment of new opportunities

**What skills do I need?**:

- Senior Leader in B2B Sales
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Experience in Fintech or IT companies
- Thrive in Lean and Hands-on organizations
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of Sales and OPS procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep goal oriented
