**About The Role**

The position of Recruitment Manager is a highly regarded and vital role within our organisation, we are committed to hiring a commercially astute Recruitment Manager to further strengthen our relations in the APAC region. The position comes with varied responsibilities and objectives.

The Recruitment Manager will
_w_ork closely with the team of KE Select to support our current key accounts as well as develop new business within the Life Science, Medical Device and Healthcare industries in the APAC region. The recruitment manager will ensure optimal commitment, productivity and motivation of team members, whilst always contributing to and developing the overall financial growth and business operations at KE Select.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Become a KE Select brand ambassador, adopting the culture and vision of the business
- Working with external stakeholders to build and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
- Develop new business in the STEM sectors
- Ensure that the end-to-end recruitment process is transparent and complies with KE Select processes and statutory requirements.
- Ongoing review of services delivered by the team and implement appropriate process improvements whilst liaising with senior members of the KE Select team
- Analyse data to identify opportunities, communicate insights and deliver recommendations against business objectives.

**What you will need to succeed**
- The willingness and interest to work closely with the Recruitment team through visiting sites, driving recruitment campaigns & sales meetings
- An entrepreneurial approach to developing and retaining market share.
- Previous business development or leadership experience where you can lead from the front and add to the brains trust of the organisation with your ideas, professionalism, and hunger
- Have confidence to communicate with our employees and clients
- Good commercial and financial acumen and market knowledge within the scientific sectors but also in recruitment
- Ability to build relationships with high level stakeholders
- Proven ability in key account management
- Able to work cross functionally and travel interstate
