Through the platform, Temasek drives global sustainability thought leadership through the development and execution of year-round activities to convene conversations, catalyse action, and push the climate change and sustainable development agenda.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Support Ecosperity partnerships contract lead on administering partnership agreements and fulfilment of partnership benefits, in line with evolving L&R/ procurement/Finance policies
- Scheduling of ad hoc meetings for the team, and planning and documentation for regular meetings with stakeholders.
- Support the administrative tasks for the team, e.g. raising purchase requisitions and PO creation in Workday, filing expense claims etc.
- Arranging business travel plans for team members
- Support the organisation of Ecosperity programmes and activities, including Ecosperity Week, Ecosperity Conversations sessions, and other campaigns
**Desired Skills And Experience**
- 3 to 5 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Advanced MS Office including Word, MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Workday for processing expenses is a plus.
- A team player with a proactive attitude, takes initiative and has ability to work without supervision
- Meticulous with good attention to details
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities, often with tight deadlines.
