Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences.
- Analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
- To make clients feel at home and to guarantee their contentment.
- Furnish clients with above-and-beyond service to ensure a memorable and genuine experience.
- Honouring guests’ requests and to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and engagement.
- Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones.
- Expect and react promptly to guests’ requirements and inquires.
- Actively listen and resolve guests’ complaints.
- Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs, SAs etc)
- Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery.
- Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered.
- Direct, coach and manage guest relations team to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to.
- Appraise team’s performance and produce reports.
- Examine activities logbook, assign tasks appropriately and implement control schedule daily.
- Manage all customer issues and ensure response to all queries and monitor flow of dining covers and recommend ways to increase revenue.
- Oversee reservations administration and provide update to reservation systems and process all requests and manage inventory of all processes and recommend ways to maximise revenue.
- Control all reservations and working closely with Operations to ensure special handling of VIPs arrival, Corporate clients and loyal customers.
- Implementing of policies and procedures and provide trainings.
- To monitor Group Reservations to ensure standards are met, data is inputted according to standards, conversion of group bookings is handled with a focus on revenue management, in a timely and accurate manner.
- To effectively communicate new Promotions and Packages to all Reservations staff.
- Ensuring all on-day reservations are blocked and confirmation are sent out timely on the daily basis.
- To empower the Reservations team to deal with all departmental and customer enquiries and complaints regarding the Reservations Department.
- Preparation of reports such as Daily return customers, Daily VIPs list, Daily Reservations list.
- Ability to upkeep and familiarize with any special promotions/offers.
- Complete additional assignments as designated by F&B Director.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
