**What you will be working on**
- Role and Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day feedback and follow up with actions to ensure that customer’s feedback is resolved
- Follow through feedback received (end to end process)
- Ensure that feedback is responded within the service standards set by Public Service Division (PSD) Our Service Commitment | Public Service Division (psd.gov.sg)
- Assist in content development for Chatbot and FAQs
