
Regional Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets across local and international markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve their performance and productivity
- Manage and track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Develop and manage the sales budget and ensure profitability targets are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Travel to meet with customers and attend industry events as necessary
- Any duties as assigned by Managing Director
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree, nutritionist preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Experience managing a sales team is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
