**Position Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is ideal for a data-driven individual capable of independently managing and scaling digital campaigns to drive measurable growth and sustainable returns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Set up, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Scale ad spend effectively while maintaining a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Develop, test, and refine campaign strategies based on performance analytics and market trends.
- Identify and target the most relevant audiences across platforms.
- Present and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing successful Meta and Google ad campaigns with positive ROI.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance advertising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Meta and Google Ads tools, formats, bidding strategies, and best practices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage full campaign lifecycles.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in the fine jewellery, fashion, or luxury industry.
