**Business Sales Support Executive, Consumer Fragrance**
This role will be responsible for the business support extension mainly to support the Unilever Key Account Team for all global activities with specific coordination for APAC and global activities on Oral Care and Skin Cleansing category supporting the APAC Key Account Manager from Project Manager, Business Development to Supply Chain activities.
**The Position**:
Project Management
- Coordination of all incoming briefs and projects including post-processing and analyzing:
- Entering new projects in the internal project system and monitor the progress based on the targets and timeline set
- Follow ups during the project process with the respective internal parties involved (Creation, Application, Regulatory, Research, Marketing)
- Contribute with own ideas and guidance during the project discussions with Account Manager and key stakeholders.
- Global coordination required between different Symrise sites across the regions (LATAM, NA, EAME) and different categories
- Customer communication on key support activities (client base, samples, documents)
Samples & Documents
- Coordination and handling of all sample requests for client projects and internal activities
- Initiating and monitoring dispatch of samples
- Tracking of sample shipment until delivery
- Leading the communication for all sample related matters
- Request and order required market samples (Benchmark, new wins)
- Leading and coordinating all types of document requests (external/internal)
- Request and create documents via internal Symrise system (SAP)
- Liaise with Regulatory steward to create client specific documents for project submissions, claim support, conformity checks etc.
- Coordination of regulatory requests and restriction analysis
- Handling and coordination of related customer communication
Business Development/Financials
- Coordinate and handle price storage in the internal system as well as supporting on updates of the annual global Unilever price list
- Communicate prices for officially quoted references (internally/externally) and support Account Managers on price quotes for new references if required
- Prepare monthly sales reports on turnover, volume and margins and flag key observations to the Account Managers
- Open Order (ASF) tracking on a weekly base to monitor monthly Sales progress closely
- When required, prepare presentation slides with key financial updates for internal reviews
- Follow up on account receivables internally and overdue payments with the client
- Monitoring sales vs rolling forecast on monthly base, deep-dive analysis on quarterly base at least and do necessary updates within the EDAC system
- Support Account Managers on annual Budget planning process and storage of Budget figures into the internal EDAC system.
Supply Chain
- Support Customer Service team on smooth handling of orders to the client
- Timely deliveries
- Expense management for urgent shipments (airfreight etc.)
- Shelf-life issues
- Liaise with Customer Service and Logistics on shipment and transport related issues
- Customer communication on any issues or delays
- Support Customer Service, Logistics and Quality Control in handling and resolving customer complaints
- Customer communication especially to regional contacts from various client teams
- Follow ups on finding root cause, corrective and preventive actions
Others
- Support on organizing client as well as internal events and presentations
- Coordination of all incoming client requests in alignment with Account Managers
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication and Advertising.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience and exposure in Fragrance, Flavor, Cosmetic industry is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Comprehensive financial understanding and business orientated mindset
- Strong computer skills and experience in working with Microsoft Office
