About the Job:

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Develop and create novel fragrances that meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
  • Update and modify existing fragrance formulations to match client briefs or internal quality standards.
  • Suggest and acquire new raw materials based on performance, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Support sales and marketing teams during customer visits by providing expert advice in presentations and technical discussions.
  • Participate in evaluation panels for new fragrances and raw materials.
  • Assist in resolving quality control issues as they arise.
  • Provide training and development support to other staff members when required.

Requirements:

">Essential Skills and Qualifications">
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in the fragrance industry, with expertise in fragrance innovation.
  • Experience in consumer fragrances, including home care, personal care, and air care.
  • The ability to translate complex GCMS data into market-ready fragrance formulas.
  • A refined sense of smell for precise scent evaluation, supported by a strong technical knowledge base.
  • Presentation abilities to articulate creative ideas and technical details clearly to both colleagues and clients.
  • Experience in a dynamic fragrance development environment.
  • International exposure or demonstrated experience operating within international markets is a preferred qualification.
