**Responsibilities**:
A. Perform all essential maintenance activities:

- Diagnostic of timepieces (aesthetical, mechanical functional, and electronic control of the movement)
- Battery replacement includes replacement of case back gaskets and other components to ensure water-resistance of the timepiece
- Strap replacement and metal bracelet adjustment
- Time setting and adjustment of the calendar on complicated timepieces

B. Provide technical support to the Point-of-sales (POS) on product maintenance issues:

- Ensure the Technical Specialist's work at the POS is of high quality.
- Visit or communicate with the POS regularly (at least once a month) to provide training and technical support

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or higher nitec in engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in any technical function
