**He/She is responsible for the Business Development, Operations of MOL Insurance Portal, Middle Office and R&D of the Insurance Product & Tools:
**Responsibilities**
- Engaging with insurance companies/brokers and any other related possible vendors to come onboard MOL to provide service
- Responding to initial enquiries via portal and subsequent follow-ups
- Monitoring all online insurance orders and assist the issuing of policy
- Providing professional insurance service and support to clients
- Vendor management - manage relationship, contract of agreement, service quality control
- To actively participate with the team in the innovation, research and development of new insurance product(s) and tool(s)
- To assist in the Maintenance and update on the MOL Insurance Tools/Features function To handle all other adhoc tasks/responsibilities assigned

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma in any discipline, with min 3 years working experience in the general insurance industry and preferably possess relevant general insurance professional certifications
- Strong knowledge in internal processing and administration within the insurance field
- Good exposure/knowledge and technical interest in IT and e-commerce businesses for the marine industry Innovative with strong interpersonal skills, meticulous, open-minded and ability to work overtime as required
