Ownership of the Growth, Retention and Profitability of portfolio assigned
- Responsible for preparing & negotiating quotes for all business lines (new business and renewals)
- Handle General Insurance enquiries from clients or business partners on policy matters
- Understand the client's insurance needs and provide proper advice
- Follow up with existing clients for policy renewals
- Handle general administrative and ensure proper documentation, records and filing
- Check of policy contracts, endorsements, invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with regulations and internal procedures
- Build and maintain strong relationship with insurance providers and clients
- Undertake any ad hoc duties / tasks that may be assigned.

**Job Requirement**:

- Certificate in General Insurance and Health Insurance.
- At least 1 year experience in Insurance Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
- Must be motivated and has a pleasant personality.
