Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development of VIAVI Aerospace & Defense product portfolio, including Avionics, Radio Test, PNT and Inertial Labs solutions across Southeast Asia.
- Support and enable Channel Partners to achieve/exceed the business goals and sales quota in the assigned territory
- Identify and develop new opportunities in the Military, Utilities, Transportation and Enterprise sectors.
- Conduct market analysis to track opportunities, competitor activities and regional market dynamics.
- Develop and execute sales programs directly in cooperation with BU’s
- Build and manage an effective channel ecosystem to appropriate cover the assigned products to meet and exceed company sales objectives
- Attend tradeshows and host seminars to promote VIAVI Solutions

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
PRE-REQUISITES & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or communications/Avionics -related technical training and experience is preferred
- At least 6 ~ 8 years of experience in Communications Test & Measurements instruments
- Strong understanding in multiple of the following domains: Avionics, Mobile Radio Test and PNT.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate with colleagues on cross-territory accounts, such as strategic and key accounts
- Experience with developing and managing distribution partners in Southeast Asia
