**Overall purpose of job**:
This person will be responsible to lead the North Asia acceleration to become a digital first organization, connecting the power of Data to change the way we work, create value with our customers and connect with our consumers. This person will be the competency leader for Digital Culture, advanced data, analytics, systems and tools to change the trajectory of our business in a digital future. This role will also play an integral role as North Asia lead in the Middle Office Regional initiative which is a key strategic enabler and priority for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health.

**Essential duties and responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and integration of Internal and external data to create a Middle Office to Build our Brands, Create Joint Value with our customers, Reduce our Costs and Simplify the way we work
- Build and deploy the North Asia Digital Framework with tools and meaningful actions to deliver Middle Office objectives
- Leads the integration of the Digital Agenda with the context of Data Science, ROI, Activation Excellence for local market Commercialization
- Own Data strategy including Data Acquisition, Tools and Data synthesis & digitization
- Own business analytics to support BR, MOR, strategic planning process (3yr OP, BP/JU/NU)
- Champions building the Digital DNA in the North Asia cross functional teams
- Remains the lead in ensuring we stay external, Category Centric and Value creation both internally & Externally
- Lead to Global to local customization of CxO and CBI priorities and learnings

**Other features of the job**:

- Strong strategic, analytical, and holistic end to end thinking is needed for the role.
- The primary person responsible for all Regional CBI, CxO and Middle Office connections

**Job location**:

- Preferably Johnson & Johnson Hong Kong or Taiwan / Open to other locations

**Qualifications**
**Essential knowledge and skills**:

- Degree level of qualification in Marketing, Business Studies, Statistics or Data Science preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in insights in sizable MNC, FMCG preferred
- Broad experience in insights (Consumer, Audience, Shopper, Category, Channel, Digital) and analytics, ability to design analytical framework/solution based on business questions
- Advanced skill in data analysis, with knowledge in Statistical modelling and Data Visualization tool
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English language, Mandarin is a plus
- Up to 10-20% travel may be required

**Core competencies required for this role**:

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate Global/Regional insights and strategies into local priorities.
- Deep understanding in emerging consumer & retail environment, with forward-thinking in providing analytics solution in data connection and utilization to empower the organization stays on top of the trend with data-driven strategies
- Strong relationship building, ability to work collaboratively across a matrixed organization including Commercial, Marketing, CBI, DCC and DnA as well as external partners.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to a range of audiences
- Excellent Project Planning and Management skill and cope with the demands of a multi geography environment.
