("CRCH"), which owns and operate brands including CALECIM® and SollagenTM are a leader in exosomal formulated Skincare, Skin Health conditioning products and Hair rejuvenation products.

CRCH is a fast-growing business with a line of cosmetics supplied B2B to aesthetic clinics and B2C via E-Commerce, skin health conditioning products targeted at helping sensitive skin and hair rejuvenation products. At CRCH, we harness our parent company's stem cell technology, which is currently being applied to potentially life-saving therapies, to create best in class Post Procedure, Anti-Ageing and Rejuvenating skincare products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Order Processing:

- Manage and handle order processing for our consumer health brands across our direct e-commerce sales platforms and distributors
- Ensure accuracy and perform daily operations including order processing and fulfillment (shipment, goods receipt, stock-in, stock-out)
- Coordinate & communicate with vendors / 3PL logistics service providers to ensure goods are on track and on time to customers
- Prepare shipping documents and certificates for export shipments, cope with changes in delivery requirements and provide professional advice in relation to local geographical conditions and supply limitations
- Main point of contact with the commercial team on orders-related issues from 3rd party logistics and forwarder

Inventory Control and Material Master Management
- Responsible for Material Master Management. Creation and maintenance of materials data in the system
- Ensure efficient and effective stock adjustments both in the system
- To investigate discrepancies issues and feedback on expiry date issues and others
- Maintain and update the inventory and generate inventory reports
- Perform stock take, stock transfers, stock allocation, and stock adjustment
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories on a monthly basis
- Responsible for monitoring inventory level and liaising with the manager on monthly stocking requirements if required

Who are we looking for?

- Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in order processing and inventory control.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience in NetSuite/Shopify is a key advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details
