**Job Title:** Supply Chain Operations Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our supply chain team as a Supply Chain Operations Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials from internal warehouses and 3PLs, preventing production stoppages.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to prevent production stoppages
  • Raise materials damage reports, materials disposition authorizations, and other documents to track inventory movement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may impact production or inventory management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and 3PL operations
