Singapore NTU (Nanyang Technology University- Main Office-HR) Full time

The Senor Executive will support the Graduate Programmes Office in the development, design, delivery, performance monitoring and review of Postgraduate Coursework (PGC) programmes and Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes, in collaboration with other key staff, external and internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:
Admissions support for PGC and CET programmes
- Administer admissions workflow through collaboration with NTU and internal stakeholders - prepare required paperwork, arrange interviews if required, prepare interview files, set up and host video conferencing (zoom) interviews, consolidate interview scores, support programme director with admissions processes

Curriculum Planning for PGC and CET programmes
- Plan curriculum timetable and manage course registration
- Coordinate clinical attachments for PGC students
- Compile and format course proposal documentation for approval by School, University and Ministry (where applicable) and monitor approval timeline

Assessments and curriculum delivery for PGC and CET programmes
- Arrange logistics for classes, continual assessments, and examinations
- Assist with the collation of exam papers and examiners' reports each trimester
- Assist with the coordination with Digital Learning and with the uploading and maintenance of e-learning materials
- Assist the PGC/CET team in data analysis of student feedback, and preparation of data submissions to the University and relevant authorities
- Track catering and other curriculum delivery expenses
- Support the PGC/CET in developing marketing content, keeping materials (i.e. print and web) up to date

**Requirements**:

- A recognised degree, with at least one year's relevant experience
- Knowledge of financial projections, income and expenditure mapping
- Experience in education administration and operations will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office apps
- A positive attitude, an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
