- A degree from a reputable university with at least 15 years of relevant experience in programme operations, admissions, or student services.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations in a higher education setting.
- Strong understanding of registrar requirements, educational funding schemes, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented leader.
