Head of Graduate Programme Operations

Our institution is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end operations of graduate programmes. This pivotal role involves designing solutions, guiding teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring compliance and governance are rigorously maintained.
About the Role:This leadership position requires the ability to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the institution's academic mission and long-term objectives. The appointed individual will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of graduate programmes - admissions, examinations, programme delivery, and graduation ceremonies.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Develop operational strategies that align with the institution's academic goals.
- Programme Management: Manage the full lifecycle of graduate programmes, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Risk & Governance: Identify and mitigate operational risks; establish governance frameworks and preventive controls to safeguard the institution's reputation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with academic leads, programme directors, business development, graduate recruitment teams, and central university offices to achieve outcomes.
- A degree holder with at least 15 years' experience in programme operations, admissions, student services, or related fields, preferably in higher education.
- Experience managing the full student lifecycle; familiarity with registrar processes and educational funding schemes.
- Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
