Senior Graduate Programme Manager Role
This leadership position involves overseeing graduate programme operations from admissions to graduation, ensuring compliance and governance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop operational strategies that align with the university's mission and objectives.
- Programme Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of graduate programmes, including admissions, student support, and completion.
- Operational Excellence: Define KPIs, streamline workflows, and establish best practices to enhance efficiency and learner satisfaction.
- Risk Governance: Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks; implement governance frameworks and preventive controls.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with academic leads, programme directors, and central university offices to achieve admissions and completion outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree holder with at least 15 years' experience in programme operations or related fields, preferably in higher education.
- Experience managing the full student lifecycle and familiarity with registrar processes.
- Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
