Job Title: Graduate Programme Operations Manager

This pivotal leadership role calls for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in programme operations, admissions, student services, or related fields. As a Graduate Programme Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our graduate programmes, from admissions through to graduation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic leadership skills, guiding their team towards achieving institutional objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape operational strategies that align with the university's academic mission and long-term objectives.
- End-to-End Programme Operations: Manage the full lifecycle of graduate programmes — admissions, examinations, programme delivery, and graduation ceremonies — ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory standards.
- Operational Excellence: Define KPIs, streamline workflows, and establish best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and learner satisfaction.
- Risk & Governance: Identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks; implement governance frameworks, preventive controls, and contingency measures to safeguard institutional reputation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with academic leads, programme directors, business development, graduate recruitment teams, and central university offices to achieve admissions and completion outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder with at least 15 years' experience in programme operations, admissions, student services, or related fields, preferably in higher education.
- Experience managing the full student lifecycle; familiarity with registrar processes and educational funding schemes.
- Proven people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
