Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the lifecycle of our graduate programmes, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional learner experiences. As a key member of our team, you will shape operational strategies, manage programme delivery, and drive efficiency through process improvements.

  • Operational Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive plans that align with our academic vision and objectives.
  • Student Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire student journey, from admissions to graduation, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
  • Process Excellence : Identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and establish best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Risk Governance : Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing governance frameworks and preventive controls to safeguard our reputation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Foster strong partnerships with academic leads, programme directors, and central university offices to achieve strategic outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A degree holder with at least 15 years' experience in programme operations, admissions, student services, or related fields, preferably in higher education.
  • Proven expertise in managing the full student lifecycle, registrar processes, and educational funding schemes.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
