Nanyang Business School competes with top business schools worldwide to attract senior professionals from diverse backgrounds to join its graduate programmes. The key purpose of the role is to oversee and manage the operational aspects of the Professional MBA (PMBA) programme by ensuring the effective implementation of academic, administrative, and operational processes in accordance with the University’s policies and guidelines.

The PMBA programme is a key revenue contributor for the NBS and generates healthy revenues for NTU. To provide planning and administrative support for Postgraduate programmes to enable operations and services are delivered to meet the needs of various stakeholders (eg. instructors, students, etc ).

**Responsibilities**:
1. Course management
- Plan, manage and administer courses (including preparatory courses) involving schedules, course registration, fees payment, venues, case studies, evaluations, certificates and related logistics.

2. Faculty management
- Manage and handle faculty appointment, approvals, agreements, payments and faculty's requests.

3. Exam management
- Responsible for the exam process involving preparation of exam package, printing of exam scripts, marks entry, moderation, mark lists and related activities.

4. Student management
- Build good relationship with students and attend to their requests on programme related matters.

5. Class administration
- Provide administrative and logistics support to weekday and weekend face-to-face classes. To setup, manage and support hybrid and online classes.

6. Office Administration
- Support overall management of programme on invoice payment, track budget and expenditures, collate statistics for school accreditation (eg. EQUIS & AACSB) and information required by other departments.

Other duties and activities to support programme operations and overseas study segment.

**Requirements**:

- At least three years’ experience in education industry is preferred
- Willingness to work some weekends
- Knowledge of Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Meticulous with an eye for details.
- Possess initiative, able to work independently with mínimal supervision and as a team player.
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and handle operations in a timely manner.
- Have strong planning, administrative and organisational skills.
- Good communication and writing skills with ability to communicate and interact well with diverse stakeholders.
