Helpdesk Specialist X 2

**Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 8 hours shift between 7am to 630pm (Mon to Fri)**:
**Working Locations -2 positions available either Paya Lebar or Choa Chu Kang
- Provide first level troubleshooting on data and voice related incidents.
- Log all incidents reported to the Service Desk.
- Perform initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents.
- Escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.
- Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.
- Submit progress reports.
- Ensure service level meet requirement. Propose and implement action plan when required.
- Notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.
**Requirements**:
- **Min Diploma in IT with at least 1 year of experience in IT Support**:
- **Good Knowledge in desktop support skills in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook and desktop productivity tools**:
- **Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active.**:
- **Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.**:
- **Adaptability - The ability to adapt to changing business situations rapidly so as to ensure that customers’ needs are met**:
- **Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams & customers**:
- **Comfortable to work in Non Camera phone zone and staggered 8 hours shift between 7am to 7pm.**
