Trade Marketing Executive

1. Liaise with the Trade Marketing Manager for the ideation, planning, budgeting, production and implementation of all in store activities, including point of sales materials, promotions, training, CRM development, etc.;
2. Implement and monitor trade marketing activities in line with the brands’ strategy within agreed budget and guidelines, tracking results and evaluating ROI for all different optical channels across APAC

3. Guarantee effective training to internal and external staff, sharing brand vision and strategy;
4. Translate collaterals for point of sales materials and training usage;
5. Visit relevant APAC markets, supporting local teams and customers in the execution of the VM and promo activities while ensuring executions and distribution in line with Brand positioning and strategy.

6. Attend relevant Customers Meetings and coordinate Buying Days, assuring the proper product presentations and updates on the marketing plans and their implementation;
7. Competitors monitoring and analysis;
8. Performing other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs;
9. Travelling across the APAC region may be required when possible.

KNOWLEDGE&SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience from a highly competitive & brand sensitive environment;
2. Excellent project management, presentation & communication skills;
3. Proactive, organized, self-motivated and able to quickly react in a changing environment;
4. Team working skill is a must;
5. Detail-minded, analytical, and energetic with a strong sense of responsibility;
6. Proficient excel and PowerPoint skills;
7. SAP knowledge is a plus;
8. Capable of working under stress and leading multiple projects with tight deadlines
