Singapore Singagpore Business Guide Pte Ltd Full time

**Our client, a consultancy firm that was founded in 2011 that provides consultation services in Business Incorporation, Accounting services, Audit services, Taxation, HR, Admin and Data Protection, Trademark is looking for an Account Executive**

**Responsibilities**
- Handle full set of accounts including cash flow, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities Perform accurate data entry to computerized accounting systems.
- Prepare full set of accounts and bank reconciliation Prepare necessary accounting schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, loan, hire purchase, etc Responsible for ad-hoc invoicing and accounting functions Other Ad-hoc duties or assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Financial accounting qualifications and experience are a must.
- Meticulous & Accurate in his/her work especially with numbers.
- IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting software required.
- Open-minded, Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to start work immediately
- Preferably 1-2 years experience. No experience will be considered.

**Other details;**

**AWS and Variable Bonus will be given. 1 Month for AWS and up to 2 months for VB.**

**9 am to 6 pm, Mondays to Fridays (Flexi Work Arrangement, may be allowed to work from home from time to time depending on work efficiency)**
