Korn Ferry Academy is currently seeking a **Learning Experience Manager **to join the team. This is a **full-time permanent position** which will be based in **Singapore**.

**LEARNING EXPERIENCE MANAGER**

Reporting to the Head of Programs and working closely with the Head of Curriculum, the Learning Experience Manager is a critical role in championing the learning experience for participants bringing a mix of L&D expertise, digital savvy, and multi-stakeholder engagement.

Working in partnership with internal colleagues and our faculty, the Learning Experience Manager is responsible for ensuring and measuring that the Academy delivers a consistent high-quality learning environment and learner experience through innovative use of synchronous and asynchronous program designs.

Key Responsibilities include:

- 1. Learning design with a focus on the learning experience and effectiveness_
- Provide input on instructional design, structure and delivery model
- Serve as the point person for any communications pertaining to program / learning related matters to participants and faculty of ongoing programs
- Lead research studies (qualitative and/or quantitative) including developing questions, conducting interviews, customer journey mapping and reporting
- Manage and optimize class diversity when working out cohort allocation and applicable study / action learning grouping
- 2. Utilization of digital tools such as Learning Management System and Knowledge Management Systems_
- Develop and maintain policies around user license and terms of use
- Account provisioning and access, user permissions and liaison with faculty and partners to create and update teaching resources on the LMS prior to the start and throughout the program
- Structure and maintain digital content library including titling nomenclature, learning resources and materials cataloging, version history and updates, secure handling
- 3. Measurement and analysis of learner and program data_
- Monitor learner progress and performance and make recommendations for learning interventions where applicable
- Define measurement of learning outcomes and impact by learner profiles and/or programs
- Collect, review and analysis of training evaluation data and learner feedback for agile modifications if applicable or useful insights that inform future program design and operations
- Manage end-to-end process for assessments administered via remote proctoring platform, including appeal requests if any
- Ensuring standards and integrity of assessments and outcomes
- 4. Vendor and faculty management_
- Participate in vendor evaluation and implementation of selected LMS/KMS platforms
- Maintain strong engagement with a qualified community of content designers and faculty / trainers; cataloged by specialization and performance ratings
- Make suggestions for faculty deployment options

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Degree or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a L&D curriculum design and/or facilitation role
- Experience in LMS including user and system administration, database reporting, configuration, testing, and issue resolution a plus
- Experience with Knowledge Management Systems a plus
- Good level of written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a functional role, as well as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize conflicting deadlines
